oh bobbi+mike – hooray! I LOVE all the “top of 2008″ lists but this is my FAV! #1 still makes me smile every time I see it – because it takes me right there and reminds me the sheer joy of that night and that moment. It’s true! They are all so great, I agree with the comment above, reception pics are the best because people let their hair down. 
They’re all just ga-ga-ga-gorgeous!

These photos are so great because I feel like the reception is the time when everyone can finally relax and just enjoy being surrounded by their friends and family … all of these pictures tell a story.
#1 is also my favorite (besisdes mine), and I LOVE sparklers!!
#7 makes me laugh and want to blare “Yeah!” on the stereo
#18 makes me want to be a kid again
#27 – I want to hug my dad
#29 – outrageous and hysterical!!

I think I’m obsessed with you. . .(maybe just really wish I could “be” like you, since I’m an aspiring photographer.)
I have never met you, yet last night I had a dream about you! LOL
I had a dream that I was with Bobbi on an elevator and we were on our way up to a floor and hear an announcer say, “Bobbi is on our way up right now.” Then we walk in and everyone yells SURPRISE. We were at Bobbi’s surprise b-day party. I remember going all evening and meeting all kinds of new people, and stopping every half hour or so to take a picture with Bobbi, one of the “popular” “BIG Bobbi smile” pictures. haha
I don’t know. . .don’t ask. hehe

I don’t think I will ever get tired of these top 50 posts Bobbi! So much inspiration it makes my head spin.
Oh, and can you guys still be doing weddings in 25-30 years? Because the other night Karl and I were talking and he said, “I hope our kids know that a large portion of their wedding budget will have to go towards having bobbi+mike shoot their wedding!”

I love these posts!! Each of these beautiful photos sure tells a story. I am so inspired by you guys! Also, I’ve been reading about some wedding photog’s who switched from Canon to Nikon because of the ‘focusing issues’ — seeing your NAILED focus in all of these fast action shots gives me assurance that it can be done. Everyone one of these photos is kick butt. I love how you capture the fun after all the stress a wedding day can be. I remember the trash your dress pictures but never trash the tuxedo as seen in #39. Too funny. Love them all.

34 8 and 7 .. rock. .. and ..i have to share – the pink panther theme music was playing in the next room (5yo and comics what can you do) and it made it all the more enjoyable
