They're high school sweethearts :D  Both went to Peru High School where he was a football player and she was a cheerleader.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!  That's right out of the movies!  Later, he even joined the cheer leading squad as a spirit leader.   Seriously… how CUTE is THAT?!

It seemed that nearly all of their guests have known them both their whole lives.  I think that's one of the many neat things about being from a small town…  everyone knows EVERYONE!  They even had their DJ come up from Peru… the SAME DJ who DJ'd all of their high school dances.  Yeah, told you they were all right out of the movies!

Elise and Adam really had the perfect day!  Here it all is in a nutshell:

 My opponent:  My little brother Jeff. Jeffy is a challenged 18 year old with a penchant for Zelda and Link Nintendo games.  So…imagine his delight when these exquisitely crafted replicas turned up at a local fair.  
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
My strategy:  Feign losing my sword, lure him in close, grab the back up sword, and claim a quick victory!  (On a side note…although I've never been accused of acting like I have a stick up my butt; I guess I won't be able to deny any future accusations.)

We’re SOOOOOO glad she brought her family to Indianapolis for some photos because uhm… well, you’ll see…:D

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. Hughes had us laughing the entire shoot!  His cuteness was a little bit too much for us to handle.  His little giggle… I wish I had a video of him so you could hear it.  And the SWEEEEEETNESS that is Jettie??!?! She smiles at the drop of a hat!  All I had to do was sing… However, the melodious tunes that were coming out of my mouth that day would make any child smile… I’m sorry that I’m such a good singer and I might intimidate you with my talents. HA!

And to Clary and Travis… you guys ROCK!  I cannot WAIT to photo you again!  You REALLY do have a PERFECT family.  Can we be you when we grow up?!

Life doesn’t get much better than this!

Okay so this is SOOO CUUUUUTE!  Remember I mentioned earlier that Mikey took the kids for a bit while I took photos of just Clary and Travis?  We were all finished when we walked over to find THIS!  He quickly said, “she wouldn’t stop crying and needed to be held!”  He was a bit embarrassed that we caught him.  HAHAHAHA!!!!! I LOVE THIS MAN!!!!!

FRENCH LICK, Ind.  Whitney and Mike… SO in love and SO perfect for each other. 

I can't begin to describe how much fun we had with these two and their bridal party!  The girls were HILAAAAARIOUS!  It felt like we had all been friends for years.  Our personalities meshed together PERFECTLY! 

The guys were quite the fun bunch, too!  Because of the aforementioned drama with the cufflink situation… we only had about 5 minutes to take photos of the groomsmen prior to the ceremony.  These men brought their A-Game that day because we made magic in that five minutes:DOkay, that was cheesy… but, you get the point!

I can't not mention this because it was such a huge part of who they are…. Whitney and Mike have both lost their dads within the last five years. I can't even imagine.  The day was full of so many different emotions.   When the two were introduced into their reception, Mike took the microphone… He talked about their dads and said that instead of a moment of silence… let's give them a round of applause… the place erupted into cheers, hollers and applause.  It was so incredibly awesome.

Thank you Matt for providing the perfect (veil) backdrop for our photo. :)  And regarding my hair… I just want to say that I don't actually FIX my hair to look like chicken wings… it just happens throughout the day when I stick it behind my ears. ;)
