Alright team, I don't have much time as I'm literally heading out the door for a weddingYEAHYEAHYEAH! So, no lists todayHOWEVER…. I've now OFFFFFFFICIALLY lost 13.2 lbs!!!! YEAHYEAHYEAHYEAHHHHH!!!!!!!! This week I lost 1.2.I've been to the gym EVERRRRRY day! I did cardio on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and even this morning… so, that in itself was a HUGE victory for me.
Know what that means?! I'VE FIIIIINALLY hit the 13 pound marker!
If you're new to our blog… The last time I did the healthy train, I would always put up a photo of the pounds that I'd lost with something in the background that was the equivalent to the weight. When I RESTARTED the healthy train back in October I said that I would start doing that again after I lost 13 pounds (as that was the most I'd lost the last time…. so it was pointless to redo the old photos).
Have I mentioned, "YEAHYEAHYEAHYEAHYEAH!!!!!"
SOOOO, as long as I continue losing weight, it's time for NEW PHOTOS! I always loved trying to find things that were the equivalent to what I'd lost… it motivated me. So 13 pounds = 3 5Ds, 2 battery grips, a 70-200 2.8L, a 24 1.4L and a 16-35 2.8L. BADABOOM BADABING!
