Meet Jordan and TJ… they’re fun.
TJ is the brother of a past bobbi+mike bride… one that married in 2007…. one whose family we absolutely adore!
When I met TJ back then, he was single and charming… I knew it wasn’t going to be long before someone snatched him up!
Enter Jordan from stage left. GORGEOUS Jordan… with a personality and smile that’s larger than life!

Love this one.
Oh, right after I took this, a young women who appeared to be with her mother and a friend came out from the door that’s right at the top of those steps (that you can’t see)… she said, “are you Bobbi and Mike? I’m engaged and needing a photographer and I’ve been following your blog for a long time!” Whomever you are… email us, we’d love to photograph you!
It rained right after the above image was taken… and we waited for 30-ish minutes for it to stop. Once it did stop, the sun that came out was SO money!
Love!
Helloooo hot tamale shoes!
Which famous person does Jordan look like? I’m thinking Gina Gershon…

How they met, as told by Jordan :: “Tj and I met several years ago at a cookout thrown by his best friend’s parents. We ended that evening with a total of 4 sentences between the 2 of us, and him kicking my butt in bowling. After a couple years of being flirtatious acquaintances, we went on our first “double date” at Bub’s in Carmel where we split, yes split, the “Big Ugly.” It quickly became pretty cute between us!

Much love friends!

PS. See you in September!

They drove up from Alabama just to be a part of our workshop… and we couldn’t have been more excited!
This was only the second workshop we’ve done where we shot an actual engagement session (ie. they’re engaged and needed engagement photos… most of the time our workshop couples have been either already married or dating).
Then we switched things up a bit by heading to a big ol’ open field.
Kimi’s only request.
…and Mike’s
Here’s my creeper statement of the day… I love watching people snuggle. I mean, after all… it is my job! On that note, I think when people ask me what I do for a living I will respond, “I watch and direct people snuggling… and sometimes I take a photo of it!”
Those freckles on her shoulder… they’re just like mine!
SO damn cute! Btw, Kimi looks like someone famous… but I couldn’t quite place it… who is it??? Help me out blog readers! Nick? I think he looks like a young

Nice muscles Mike…

Whoa. Hello gorgeous!
Does anyone else think this is funny as I think it is?
LOVE their smiles in these next two!

See what I mean? Jody is just-a-smiiiiiilin’ in every image. I’m going to go ahead and say he was the easiest smiler in the history of bobbi+mike sessions.
Hey Ashleigh… fun shirt.
My favorite
Then Mike went all crazy and started rolling around in the dirt. “She did it. Bobbi put baby in the corner!” He cried!
Then I was all… “Mike, get up, you’re actin’ crazy. By the way, have you seen my pretty yellow camera bag?!”
Then Jody said, “Bobbi, I don’t care about your yellow bag… what I do care about is if you know how to do the ‘Roger Rabbit’!” And I complied.
Amy and Jon got married on the rainiest/gloomiest of days… and by that I mean, it poured almost the entire day. While most brides would be freaking out, Amy was saying, “I love the rain, I’m excited!”
Maybe they were looking at the radar???
Love this image.
good work team bridesmaids!
I love me a bride who wears colorful shoes!
This little man was so cute! He just took a leisurely stroll down the aisle… stopped a few times to pick up the flowers… then about halfway down, he wasn’t moving, just takin’ in the scenery. Eventually the flower girl came and rescued him!
Amy and her dad watching the ring bearer from the back.
My favorite.
After the ceremony, there was a Model-T there waiting for them. Though the rain was still coming down, so we adjusted fire and shot all of these images under the churches awning.
Right as we arrived to the reception, the rain stopped and the sun had pretty much set, but I didn’t care… We took a quick 10 minute walk around the block and made it happen! Here’s another favorite
