GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. Uhm… the title says it all… ARE YOU FREEKIN’ KIDDING ME WITH THIS HOTTIE McHOTTERSON?! She knew how to WORK it OUT!

I asked her about halfway through the session of she was wearing false eyelashes… NOPE! Those are alllll her. GORGEOUS!

You sure can’t tell by looking at these photos that I had JUST met her THAT morning. Sure… we’ve been communicating via email for months about this session… but, it’s just not the same. By the end of the shoot it was as though we had been friends for years. She had me CRACKING up the entire time!

For most… it’s Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, George Michael, etc that gets them in sexy mode. Which we listened to… then BAM all of a sudden I busted out my iPod and switched it up to Damian Rice, Dave Matthews Band, David Gray and WHOA… someone had sprinkled sexy dust on that house because it couldn’t have gottany ANY HOTTER!

On a COMPLETELY side note… in their study room, I noticed LOTS of books that my husband would DIE for. If we lived in GR… our smarty pants husbands would be smarty best friendsI’m SURE of it! HA!

She took these as a gift (in an album form) to give to her husband on their first anniversary… I cannot WAIT to know his reaction! Knowing that we shot the entire session in their house… he’s gonna FLIP OUT!

PS SOOOO much of these sessions are about being comfortable. As many of you already know… I show up to these sorts of things in my comfy pajamas. I know that may sound weird… but COME ON…. If I’m taking photos of a half naked girl… why the heck should I be lookin’ all pretty. I would HATE to intimidate anyone by my beauty anyway (KIDDING!) ANYHOW… I’ll usually spend the first 30 minutes just talking… figuring out what you’re going to wear… looking around the house for some fun locations… busting out the iPod… etc… Just thought I’d let you know!

PPS Yes… she told me I could put a few up on the blog…

PPPS Does ANYONE have a better term for this than “boudoir”?! It sound so pretentious to me. So, if you have ANY suggestions, please let me know )

I think you should name your boudair pics ‘Hey Girl Hey’
HaHaHa.. I know you probably wont, but it just seems like something funny you would do!

In France, they don’t even use the term “boudoir” anymore- it’s way outdated, which is funny because Americans adopted it so fervently and still use it. Probably because it sounds sexy…but in Frnce, the term for nude, is “nu” or a nu. LOOOOVE you bobbi <3 k.

I like the already suggested eye candy or pajama party pics. THe secret session is also creative because aren’t these pics mostly used as a surprise and done secretly, no?

The jersey pic is my fav – very fun and L looks great in it! I would have to be in damn good shape to even have the guts to these type of photos, lol. Someday, maybe.

I like the suggestion of “Allure.” I used “Coquette” for awhile, but mostly that just seemed to confuse clients so I went back to “Boudoir.” Everyone knows what it means, even if it’s a kinda cheesy word. It also means that people browsing at work pretty much know not to click there. That’s one reason I didn’t like it being too clever…if it’s too clever, it’s usually too obscure.

But if a lot of your clients like listening to JT, maybe you could call these your “Sexy Back Sessions”?

I have to say you are very tasteful, not to mention classy, with your boudoir photography. I have been looking at other websites to check out your competition. You, in my opinion, are over the top. I can definitely tell that you make your subjects feel comfortable with themselves. Keep up thee good work.

Man…..when I get my body the way I want, I’m sooo hiring you to take these kinds of pics for me! I’d have to fly you to Texas but then you could see Sarah Q (I met her recently, she lives near me) too. And hopefully I’ll have someone to give the pics too, but if not, heck I’ll take them for my own self confidence!
