healthy train | week 16.

 

Alright team, I don't have much time as I'm literally heading out the door for a wedding:)YEAHYEAHYEAH!  So, no lists today:(HOWEVER…. I've now OFFFFFFFICIALLY lost 13.2 lbs!!!! YEAHYEAHYEAHYEAHHHHH!!!!!!!! This week I lost 1.2.:DI've been to the gym EVERRRRRY day!  I did cardio on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and even this morning… so, that in itself was a HUGE victory for me. 

Know what that means?! I'VE FIIIIINALLY hit the 13 pound marker!

If you're new to our blog… The last time I did the healthy train, I would always put up a photo of the pounds that I'd lost with something in the background that was the equivalent to the weight. When I RESTARTED the healthy train back in October I said that I would start doing that again after I lost 13 pounds (as that was the most I'd lost the last time…. so it was pointless to redo the old photos). 

 

Have I mentioned, "YEAHYEAHYEAHYEAHYEAH!!!!!"

 

 

SOOOO, as long as I continue losing weight, it's time for NEW PHOTOS!  I always loved trying to find things that were the equivalent to what I'd lost… it motivated me.  So 13 pounds = 3 5Ds, 2 battery grips, a 70-200 2.8L, a 24 1.4L and a 16-35 2.8L. BADABOOM BADABING!

OOOOOKay… time for me to go:)Can't WAIT to hear how YOU did!:D

I lost loads in the week, then put it all back on at the weekend. Boo – nothing gained or lost for me. I really should do this full-time….

Hooray for you! I’m excited to be seeing new pictures from now on. I only lost 1/2 pound this week, but I guess at least it wasn’t a gain!

165 this morning. I keep fluctuating, but I guess it’s my own fault because I’m not up and moving.

I’m friggin droppin cotton balls in my camera and trying not to cry! Lint ALL OVER inside of it!! Help? :(

awesome job Bobbi!!! I love seeing the pictures of the weight…it really reminds you of what those numbers mean!

I saw my nutrition coach today but he didn’t weigh me because he was having issues with his scale and didn’t want to throw things off. We did do measurements today and I am down 2.5″ on my hips, 1.5″ on waist and 1″ on arms. So that was really cool!!

I joined a weight loss challenge at work. I lost 5.2 pounds the first week – but – I am still not caught up to the weight loss I reported here. Arg. I’ll get there!

Way to kick some booootay! We are doing well on our end, and I actually went down a lb, and I tried on a bathing suit and I looked good, so in my book that is success. We are almost to our 30 days on p90x and I plan on doing some progress pics!

Oh yay…well done Bobbi!! 13lbs is awesome…cant wait to see the new photos u come up with now. I completely forgot to weigh in last week…was too busy partying due to the news i got my new job…hopefully this will hope motivate me abit more now. Anyway,i weighed this am an ive only lost 1/4 lb :(

I have no clue what happened here this week, but I gained 3.8 lbs!! How does that happen in one week?!?!?!?? I mean I admit I’ve had a stressful week what with my car dying for good…but I didn’t eat THAT badly. Maybe my no exercise made me get bloated? I mean I know it’s all water weight, but STILL. WTF???

YAY FOR YOU!!! That is AWESOME Bobbie!! I am down another 2.6, so total is 24lbs! One more pound to reach my original WPPI goal of 25lbs. Would like to hit 30lbs by WPPI now….going to be a tough one since its just 2 weeks away now but going to try.

I am at 60.0 kilograms, SOOOOOO excited to be almost into the 59′s since that’s a number I haven’t seen since my wedding two years ago.

That puts my total weight loss at 4.6 kilos since we started, but I’m not sure how much since the last time we weighed in here…

i gained .3. i’m quite angry about it. been working out harder than ever, haven’t cheated on my diet AT ALL. very frustrated.
