SO sorry that I quit blogging about the healthy train… I honestly just kept forgetting! The craziness of the holidays has DEFINITELY affected my progress.  I realize I've let many of you down… and I'm so incredibly sorry.   SOOOO… next OFFFFFICIAL weigh in is January 15th:DOh, and… it is the New Year… let's kick this weight in the ass once and for all!

I look at it like this. All of those people that are jumping on their own personal healthy train as of January 1st? Well, we’re already a couple of stops ahead of them, right?

I was actually relieved at times when it wasn’t posted, and it just proved you’re human!!! I still think you’re some sort of machine tho – i think i’m a stress eater and i’ve been definitely been stressed the last couple months – I hope by the 15th i can at least be back down to where i started! I knoow i’ve gained :( but I’m sooo excited and ready for a New Year! no more stressss eating BLEH!

Actually since I totally failed at the last healthy train I’m happy to GET BACK ON WITH YOU!! :) I have officially quit my worst food habit (two mochas a day) for the new year! I’m hoping with that and increasing my weekly workouts I’ve got good stuff to report to you!! :) Thanks for doing the Healthy Train. You TOTALLY inspire me. :)

No problem, I love reading any blog post on here, healthy train or not. However, since this is more than just a fun challenge for me, I have stuck to my plans and have beening doing well even thru the holidays.
