INDIANAPOLIS How lucky are we that we get to spend time with people who are so deeply in love?! Kat told me that usually she and Brian are not usually at ease with people enough that they can kiss and hug and embrace in front of them… we’re so honored that you guys felt comfortable enough to let us in. Taking photos like these are exactly the reason that we love our jobs.

When we all showed up to the session… I decided that we should go exploring to find new photo locations…Brian and Kat hopped in our vehicle… and off we went.Pretty cool, huh?

Love the pictures!! I was shooting yesterday on a yellow well with blue doors and was having trouble with the high sun shining on the person. Their eyes were so dark from the shadows and the shadows were pretty harsh in some spots on their face. How do you work with that? Do you ever shoot with direct sunlight on their face?

Ah…SO fun! I notice you’re using a wrist grippy thing…does it work well? I’ve got a battery grip on my camera (5D), do you think it’d be too awkward to use?

Anyway-love these shots, especially the one with all the negative space and that wicked wind!
