INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. People ask us all of the time what our favorite thing to shoot is… My answer is: engagement sessions. We get to know our couples and see them in love… it's just us and them… no pressure, just relaxing and fun. Kathy and Nick were no exception…

They've been together for a long time… You can tell that they always know what the other is thinking. They're so comfortable and at ease around one another.

WE LOVE PEOPLE IN LOOOOOOOVE!!!!!!! I guess that's why being a wedding photographer suits usJeeze Louise we cannot WAIT for their May wedding… it's going to be awesome.

Thanks for the compliments on the shoes! I bought them at Von Maur- the brand is “Naughty Monkey.” I think Nordstroms carries them, too. I’m obsessed

Hello Bobbi and Mikey,

I love this blog post. I personally have three favorites.

Photo #8 of the B&W in the grass. Kathy and Nick’s images are so crisp but yet the surrounding grass gives a soft effect.

The third photo from the last of the two lovebirds standing by the bridge. Love the color.

And of course the photo you and Mike selected as your fave is awesome.

Steph and Sasha… I stood there, in the parking lot… for ten minutes before the session started and didn’t allow people to park there. There was one guy who thought I was charging admission into the parking lot and started to hand me cash…
