NEGRIL, JAMAICA, We started this session just walking on the beach getting some fun portaits. By the time stepping into the ocean rolled around we had a CROWD of people watching. It was so funny! People were yelling, laughing, gawking, in shocking :) , and congratulating. That didn't deter them… THEY WORKED IT OUT!!!!! There were staff members from the resort with their point and shoot cameras taking photos. It was all so cute! :) Thanks you two… for EVERYTHING!!!!! You guys ROCK! ~ :!: + :?:

Mikey, OH SO SEXY!

Been a blogstalker of yours for a while now but first time commenting. LOVE your work! Always so vibrant and fun! I also really like the b&w one of the couple against the wall of rods/sticks.

I was wondering if you could share your secret to such great colors. Are there actions that you use?

Wow! Back when I got married (like, 12 years ago) the whole trash-the-dress craze wasn’t happening yet. Now that I look at these photos I wish I’d done something like that!!
The water-camera was DEFINITELY the right investment!

Wow. I’ve been watching your blog for some time now. I found you on TheKnot.com. You guys never cease to AMAZE me. I look here everyday for new photos. my fiance and I can’t afford to have you do our pics (poor college students) but we’ve got a good friend who is learning and I am pointing her to your blog for inspiration! Keep up the fantastic work and thank you for sharing your art!

looks like you guys worked it out with the underwater shots this time. awesome!

I love that Mike was worried about you in the water with the camera. I’m totally the worry wart in our relationship, so sometimes I feel myself holding my breath when Karl is doing some crazy climbing on the rocks in the water shooting!

As we speak Mikey’s Fav is being turned into a 16×20″ impressionistic painting for my apartment. Probably won’t be as beautiful as your digital photo :)

BUT that photo struck me; so I started to paint. :)

YOU TWO ARE AMAZING!!!!

“It’s just a few drops of water on the lens and body, no big deal.” Hahaha no wonder poor Mike was getting so many mouthfuls of saltwater, all preoccupied with you!

These photos are amazing! I’ll have to forward all the email comments we’ve gotten from friends and family on them!! We had so much fun on this shoot with you and I think it shows! I think I like this set even better than the wedding day photos! Pauline asked my favorite and I said “#1, 2, 3, 4 (except for my burn), 5, 6, 7, definitely #8…” If I had to pick just one I’d be really torn between #7 & #8.

You guys ROCK!!!

Miss Bobbi,

I have to say the first texture picture at an angle is gorgeous. Looks as if it could be on a greeting card. What an adorable couple.
