weigh in today…

 

OKay… I'm running out the door for a last-minute meeting… so I don't have time to write a full post about my weight loss… but will when we return :)  In the meantime… START WEIGHING IN PEEEEPS! (do so in the comment section:))

Mine was 2.7…Have to admit, I felt disappointed at first, but I guess every pound should be celebrated! I am SO not good at this, so this positive little group will be a great help!!!!

Well i have lost nothing this week….but in all honesty we have had alot of really tricky issues going on…please don’t wipe me off the list just yet Bobbi, hang in there with me a few more weeks and i hope all my’crap in life’ has settled a bit….Why is running a business always so stressful….bit over it! Hope the economy picks up soon!

Umm….I’m an idiot and forgot to weigh in as a starting weight when we began so I have…no idea if I’ve lost anything. hahahah But I have now noted my weight and can weigh in next week. lol

Um…I kind of um….gained 4 pounds!!!

I just switched one of my medications, and apparently this is a side effect!! Next week will be better, and the week after that I start a new job, and they have a fitness center! WOO

I’m down 1 lb, but I did go to the gym at 6 am 3 TIMES THIS WEEK! I am NOT a monring person, so I am very proud of me for this.

I lost 7 pounds since we started two weeks ago. Only 1 pound this week though!

Okay i actually started 2 weeks ago now – Last week I lost 4lbs! Holla! This week…. nada. So can we call that 2lbs a week for the 2 weeks? ;) , either way, I am down 4lbs. :)

I lost a lb. Not to shabby. I’m at 205.1 lbs.
In elementary school we sang an activity song called “go you chicken fat go.” My husband thinks I’m making it up, does anyone remember that song?

this time of year….i’ll be packing on the lbs. i have no restraint with the fall festivities and upcoming holidays.

Due to my regression to college dieting standards, and my six year old son’s PRE-gression to college diet standards (cold pizza is now a household breakfast favorite. . . go figure), I’m only down 1.0 this week. :o)
