Mike here…

So, we’re in West Virginia for Brooke and Mike’s wedding, 8 hours from Indy…who drives that far without taking a little bit of time to chill out? We stayed 2 days at ACE adventures outside of Beckley, and went whitewater rafting (shout out to Kent, our guide!). Unfortunately, camera equipment does not seem to mix well with whitewater and rocks, so all you get are these wonderful open shutter works of art. The guys in the cabin down the road probably thought we were nuts waving flaming branches through the air at 3am…and maybe we are, but that’s not the point. Using photographic experimentation as an excuse to play with fire is the point.

Don’t they say people who write their name all the time are looking for recognition?

That is so badass!! I want to know how you both write your names so perfectly in the air with flaming branches? My handwriting on paper on a good day is pitiful compared to your flame branch writing talents.
